We want you to subscribe with confidence. If WebCheck Pro does not suit you, you can ask for a refund.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, write to contact@getwebcheck.com within 14 days of your first payment for a monthly or yearly subscription, from the email address of your account. We refund the full amount, no questions asked, and your subscription ends.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refunded, except where required by law or if a technical problem on our side prevented you from using Pro. You can avoid any renewal by cancelling before the renewal date from “My account”; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
